Nameless passed through the pillar of light and entered the formation. In the next moment, a large number of mirrors appeared around him, each one reflecting him.
The next moment, all the reflections stepped out of the mirrors. At first, each reflection was translucent, but as they overlapped one another, a Mirror Nameless identical to Nameless appeared before him in the blink of an eye.
It seems the formation is functioning properly. Seeing this, Nameless thought to himself.
He raised his hand, and an Imaginary Flower immediately appeared out of thin air at his fingertip. The mirror image opposite him did the same.
Go!
With a flick of Nameless's finger, the Imaginary Flower shot toward the mirror image.
Go!
The mirror image likewise flicked its finger, sending its Imaginary Flower toward Nameless.
An interesting scene unfolded. The two Imaginary Flowers did not collide, instead passing along their respective parallel paths before striking their targets and exploding with a boom.
The formation was temporarily stable, and no problems had appeared.
However, it was still somewhat different from what I had imagined. The mirror image seemed to merely imitate mechanically, or rather, reflect the target's movements and abilities. It possessed no combat intelligence of its own.
Amid the smoke, Nameless's skin peeled away petal by petal. This was one of the abilities he had developed over the past century: the Petal-Shedding Technique.
The principle behind this move was actually very simple. He used the energy within his body to form a protective layer over his skin, then used Flower Form to turn that energy into petals.
Wherever he was attacked, the energy petals in that area would peel away, allowing him to block the greatest attack with the smallest expenditure.
Opposite him, Mirror Nameless was exactly the same as Nameless. Countless shattered
