The Great Snow Mountain. A dilapidated temple.
Not long after leaving the giant tree, Nameless and the others rode the Qilin to the Great Snow Mountain.
The four of them stopped outside the temple. Rather than rush in, they stared at the ferocious statue inside.
"Are you sure that thing's the Forest God?" Aries Palace asked doubtfully.
The temple was tiny and falling apart. It couldn't compare to the God of the Grassland's temple.
The statue inside seemed wrong, too. The God of the Grassland had been terrifying, but beside this statue, he had looked positively kind.
The thing inside made its intentions clear with a single look: it wanted to kill every one of them.
Under Aries Palace's questioning, Nameless's eyes darted away. "But apart from this place... are there any other temples?"

Aries Palace, Lin Renmei, and Lucifer were speechless.
"Oh, forget it. At least it's a temple and not a public toilet. Let's check it out first," Lin Renmei said. She still felt for Nameless.
Nameless nodded. "Right, right. Let's check it out. It might really be the place."
"One of us goes in while the others help by keeping watch from outside. Nameless is out, obviously. Rock-paper-scissors?" Aries Palace suggested.
If Nameless died, he would truly be dead. If the other three died at this stage, they would only be expelled from the Lost Door.
So, in theory, the three of them should face any danger first.
"I'll go," Lin Renmei said.
"Sure. Great idea," Aries Palace agreed at once.
Nameless produced a bed, changed into pajamas, took out a doll to hold, and soon fell asleep.
