Fortunately, Situ Shibai and Jin Bo arrived.
Everyone's attention quickly shifted to Jin Bo, and Zhang Ping finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"As you all know, we're inside an incredibly realistic Dreamscape. We've learned how to escape: destroy the moon. To do that, we need everyone's strength." Situ Shibai glanced at Jin Bo and stepped back. Jin Bo took his place in the center of the square, surveyed the crowd, and spoke gravely.

Only a few people here knew who Situ Shibai was. Jin Bo, on the other hand, had become the new city lord seemingly out of nowhere, and most of the Awakened knew him. Naturally, he took charge.
Seeing no objections, Jin Bo continued, "We need to do two things. First, determine how far away the moon is. Second, work out how to destroy it. Everyone, speak your mind. We'll come up with a suitable plan together."
"Couldn't we... have an Awakened who can fly go straight to the moon?" someone muttered.
Another Awakened quickly shot the idea down. "No. My brother could fly. He tried to go up and take a look at the moon, but a bird ate him."
"Besides, the higher you go, the thinner the air gets. Flying alone won't be enough," someone else added.
Zhang Shouzhong spoke up too. "Have none of you climbed a mountain? The higher you go, the thinner the air—and the colder it gets. Anyone who actually flew up there would freeze into an icicle and fall right back down."
"So to fly to the moon, we first have to deal with the threat of Mutated Beasts, then the air and temperature," Jin Bo summarized.
