When Nameless did indeed look interested, the clerk struck while the iron was hot and continued his introduction.
The method had a blunt, straightforward name: the "Superpower Water Suffocation Method." Cultivating it was just as simple. One soaked one's entire body in a specially prepared solution and, through suffocation, came infinitely close to death. This pushed the mind to its limit and awakened a superpower.
One thing worth noting was that ordinary water would not work. The entire body had to be soaked in the prepared solution for the method to have any effect.
Otherwise, with so many people falling into water across All Heavens and Myriad Realms, superpowered people would be popping up by the minute.
