No one could understand this situation, and they all sought help from the association president, Norns.

Norns was an astrologer and currently Infinite City's highest-ranked prophet. She could be called an authority in fields such as fate and foresight.

She lived year-round in the Astrology Tower on the edge of Infinite City. After several vice presidents contacted her, she set aside her work and specifically observed fate once.

"Infinity City itself is the greatest source of chaos. It took hundreds of thousands of years to gradually merge into fate, so why has fate suddenly run wild again?"

To put it simply, the original Source of Fate was like a clear lake. When she wished to observe a person's fate, she could see the fish and shrimp beneath the water, representing that person's destiny.
