Hawkins looked at Sa helplessly. "You have a way to clean this up, right?"

"Why clean it up? Isn't it good to leave them with doubts and a little fear? Quite a few of them haven't made any progress in a long time, have they?" Sa asked with a smile.

Hawkins did not argue. Infinite City was so safe that many players had indeed gone a long time without growing stronger.
