Emperor Shi En

While Hawkins was enjoying "domestic bliss," the Looting Emperor finally arrived at a floating fortress.

It was a massive island, simply drifting in the Dream Realm. Atop the island stood an enormous fortress, protected by a transparent shield through which people could be seen moving about.

After the Plundering Empire split apart, its people scattered in every direction.

Some joined Infinite City through Mayeja's introduction. Others were absorbed by various small factions, while some core members struck out on their own. Over tens of millions of years, they gradually became a mid-sized power.

And that power was the Brother Fortress before him!

Brother Fortress had basically inherited everything from the Plundering Empire. Everyone cultivated the Power of Collective Will; it was practically a replica of the Plundering Empire.

"Emperor Shi En?"

The Looting Emperor sat atop a floating boulder, his eyes fixed on the fortress as he continuously gathered information from within.

The lord of Brother Fortress was named Shi En and was known as Emperor Shi En.

This Emperor Shi En truly had some ability. Not only had he stabilized the remnants of the Plundering Empire, but he had also recruited and trained new blood.

This little Brother Fortress had quite a few powerful experts.

The Looting Emperor thought back for a moment and quickly remembered who Shi En was.

Back when the Plundering Empire still existed, Shi En had been a member of the Imperial Guard Corps, seemingly its deputy commander.

"A mere deputy commander... and he dared call himself Emperor."

The Looting Emperor sneered. Rising to his feet, he waved a hand at Brother Fortress, and a streak of black light instantly slashed toward the fortress.

The instant the fortress shield touched that black light, it shattered. Carrying a terrifying aura, the Looting Emperor descended directly above
