"Of course, boss. Infinite City has so many rich people, and some of their tastes are bound to be illegal. Isn't it only natural for the Black Market to have auctions?" Mi Hayou explained.
"Take me to have a look," Aiou said directly.
"Sure, boss." Mi Hayou nodded.
The auction house was called the Myriad-No-Taboo Auction House. It was a discreet yet luxurious establishment. Its entrance looked utterly ordinary, but much of the interior decor was clearly high-grade. Most of the materials could block mental probes, and there were extremely high-level defensive formations. Even the security guards were no weaklings.
However, since no auction was being held, Aiou and Mi Hayou simply looked around before leaving.
"When does it hold auctions? I'll come broaden my horizons," Aiou asked.
"The Myriad-No-Taboo Auction House doesn't have a fixed schedule," Mi Hayou replied. "Usually, it holds an auction once it's gathered enough lots. Otherwise, going a year or two, or even more than a decade, without an auction is perfectly normal."
"Isn't it afraid competitors will steal its customers during those gaps?" Aiou asked.
