"The Black Market is in a valley outside the city. It seems to involve two different planes. The Black Market is hidden in another plane, and you can only enter once the plane's controller opens it. That's why the enforcers have never found it," Mi Hayou explained.

Aiou fell into thought. Clearly, some player had taken control of a mysterious plane and pulled it into Eternal Space, then built a Black Market outside Infinite City to serve as a trading platform for countless lawbreakers.
But since it was outside the city, they still needed a more convenient contact point within it. That was why there was that dessert shop.
