Aiou had originally thought there should be some utterly disgusting creature beneath the lake—an octopus head, a humanoid body, and an enormous beer belly.
But after being dragged into the lake, he saw a completely different scene.
A statue!
It was a common Little Boy Peeing Statue. There were plenty of such statues on Earth. For example, Japan had a Little Boy Peeing Statue that had even developed stones and needed its pipes unclogged.
The most famous, however, was Little Julien's peeing statue.
The statue Aiou saw was in a similar style, except it was mounted atop a lump of flesh. That lump of flesh had grown countless tentacles, one of which had trapped Aiou.
"Damn!"
Aiou came to his senses and forcefully broke free from the tentacle. The next moment, he leaped out of the lake.
The lake's urine actually came from the Little Boy Peeing Statue atop the monster's head. The statue itself was also a monster, only it lacked the ability to move. Once it latched onto someone, it would drain their stamina, which would turn into a stream of urine for the little boy to pee out.
That flesh-ball monster had been parasitized by the statue all along. Given some more time, it would probably disappear completely.
Of course, since everything was merely part of the Dream of All Beings, the flesh-ball monster would not fear this. They had no sense of self and did not even truly possess life. In the end, it was all just a dream.
Aiou landed by the lakeshore, and a great number of tentacles immediately followed him out of the water. But the next second, a card severed them.
"You drank pee?" Joan of Arc could not help asking.
Aiou licked his lips and gave a wicked smile. "That's right.
