Chen Fan narrowed his eyes slightly. He thought he had a vague idea of what the "Heaven Gate Fated War" was.
It seemed...
Hades, the wild card That One had created with his own hands, wasn't content to remain a pawn either.
He intended to fight That One after dealing with the Human Race.
But...
Only at level 100 would he qualify to challenge That One. The Strange Entity Clan couldn't break through to the tenth level, so what good would all those reserves do? No matter how many ants there were, they would struggle to overwhelm an elephant.
"Oh, right." Yun Du suddenly remembered something. "There's one detail. When Hades first descended among the Strange Entities, some of the clan's big shots said that with an Innate Dark Sacred Physique leading them, their odds of winning this 'Heaven Gate Fated War' would be much higher."
"I only know one thing for certain: the Strange Entity Clan Interior has been secretly preparing for this Heaven Gate Fated War for a long time. At least since the last dark upheaval."
Chen Fan frowned slightly at that.
That wasn't right.
The timeline didn't quite line up.
Before Hades descended, these Strange Entities shouldn't have known much about That One. Even if they did, they wouldn't have started preparing during the last dark upheaval.
Unless...
Unless this "Heaven Gate Fated War" wasn't a war against That One at all.
