So this trip was solely to find the Life Codex.

Naturally, his destination was the DCEU Universe where Henry Superman was.

Leon wanted to travel to the moment when "superheroes first appeared."

The earlier the point in time he traveled to, the younger Clark would be.

A younger Clark would definitely be easier to communicate with.

If he could travel to the period when Clark had just awakened his abilities,

perhaps all he needed to do was display their similar powers,

and Clark would happily agree to let him extract the Life Codex from his body.

With that expectation, Leon activated his travel ability.

Traveling within the same Omniverse was relatively simple.

After passing through a layer of the Void, Leon felt his body sink slightly and arrived at his destination.

He opened his eyes.

Blue skies, white clouds, and the salty sea breeze rushed toward him.

He was in free fall.

Looking to the side, Tony was falling too.

However, JARVIS had already activated the thrusters and was preparing to slow his descent.

Leon flipped himself upright and hovered in midair.

Tony was still unconscious, but JARVIS was controlling the armor for him, so Leon had no need to worry.

He was about to observe their current surroundings first.

Yet before he could activate Super Hearing, a violent collision sounded behind him.

Boom!

A dull, massive impact and the sound of an engine exploding rang out at once.

Leon turned around.

The Mark armor, its thrusters firing as it rose into the air, had collided with a plane falling from high above.

Amid the flames, the plane broke apart, its wreckage trailing smoke and fire as it fell into the sea.

JARVIS controlled the armor and flew out of the flames
