There were eleven planets in the Ruins. Five had human bases, and the others bore signs that humans had set foot on them.
But from the technology he had seen, the human remains, and the written records, he had found no person or technology capable of creating a dimension.
How could someone remove this Fixed Star from the Reality Universe and turn it into a dimension without a powerful being or some extraordinary technology?
Could this space have become a dimension on its own?
Among the many dimensions, some had formed on their own, such as the Dark Dimension, the Chaos Dimension, and the Hell Dimension.
But a dimension that could survive the end of a cosmic era? As far as he knew, none existed.
He did not know what the great purge at the end of an era entailed, but it had to be brutal and difficult. Perhaps not even one in ten billion survived.
Otherwise, Galactus could not be the only survivor still around.
So how had these Ruins come into being, and how had they endured?

Or perhaps no one had lived to see the new era.
