Amid all the speculation, the Superheroes grew increasingly certain that this was a Hydra plot.
Representatives soon came to speak with the generals, hoping to convince them not to be fooled.
The generals said they understood, but the matter was too serious to act without evidence, so they needed to investigate further. Whatever the Superheroes chose to do, though, they would not stop them.
At that, the Superheroes cheered like children who had just won approval.
But a new problem immediately confronted them.
How could they make sure everyone learned the "truth"?
The networks were down, the Satellites were beyond their control, and they no longer had any way to broadcast information across the globe.
"I get it now. Hydra seized control of every Satellite and network not just to threaten us, but to keep anyone who saw through their trick from telling the world."
"Exactly. Hydra really did plan this step by step. They're good."
"Is there any way around it?"
The heroes fell into thought.
They even skipped lunch, all of them trying to find a way forward for Blue Star.
After a while, Ant-Man of the Avengers stood up. "When it comes to technology, nobody on Blue Star knows more than Tony. Let's go find him."
At the mention of Tony, the heroes got to their feet, ready to seek him out.
And they all knew where to find him.
The moment Tony was admitted to the hospital, reports that the irreverent playboy had been hospitalized again had spread across Blue Star.
Yes, again.
He was over sixty and still went out with a new young model every day. An Ordinary Person's body could hardly keep up, so occasional hospital stays were only natural.
Oddly enough, Tony always rewarded the models who took him to the hospital.
