But this was the first time they had heard of the Celestial race.
And these Celestials absorbed Cosmic Energy from across the entire Multiverse. They were even more sinister than the Dimension Lords.
What were they supposed to do now?
After a moment, resolve filled Female Adam's eyes. "What do you intend to do with our universe?"
If Thanos had a way to save their universe, what was wrong with following him?
Many called her a warlock, but her commitment to justice had never wavered.
She had always believed that everything she did was for the universe's future and the safety of most of its people.
For that, she was willing to bear any burden.
Thanos raised his head and looked past the last rays of the setting sun toward the distant stars.

The universe looked so vibrant, so full of life and Qi.
Yet beneath it all lay a fragile balance that seemed ready to shatter at a touch.
Only after a while did he say calmly, "You have no choice. If you don't follow me, you'll die."
Female Adam shook her head. "All I have is your side of the story. I have no way to know what's really going on."
Thanos shook his head, then waved a hand.
