When Hongjun heard Thanos's words, he knew there was nothing left to discuss.
He immediately channeled all his energy into a giant hand and struck.
The hand broke through the world's barrier and appeared outside it.

The so-called subsidiary worlds were those that survived by clinging to the Journey to the West World.
Hell, the Demon World, and the Demon Realm were among them.
They lay outside the Journey to the West World, feeding on it to grow like tumors.
Hongjun had originally planned to merge with the Dao, then begin absorbing those worlds.
But he could give them away to get rid of Thanos.
