Two and a half years later, Ayan awakened extraordinary powers and reunited with Jing Ni, as tensions among the Clear Sky Sect, Soul Master Guild, and Qin Xuan's allies continued to build.

• Ning Fengzhi planned to unite the Upper Three Sects with the Soul Master Guild against Qin Xuan, while Tang Hao flew into a rage after Tang Xiao revealed that Qin Xuan was marrying Ah Yin.
• Qin Xuan crowned himself Heaven Douluo and celebrated his wedding, then privately promised Yue Shen rewards for her obedience and devotion.
• Qin Xuan offered Yu Luomian a path to Titled Douluo status in exchange for Liu Erlong, and Yu Luomian agreed to the marriage.
• Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong staged a wedding to avoid her arranged marriage, but Yu Luomian revealed she was his daughter and Qin Xuan persuaded Liu Erlong to marry him instead.
• Qin Xuan showed Liu Erlong evidence that Yu Xiaogang had plagiarized his theories, while Yu Xiaogang and Flender left after Yu Luomian drove them away and the Golden Iron Triangle broke apart.
• Two and a half years later, Ayan awakened her Everbright Sword, Jing Ni Sword, Divine Slaughter's Domain, and two Fire Dragons, with Innate Soul Power at Level-Twenty-Nine.
• Jing Ni emerged from seclusion at Level-Ninety-Eight and reunited with Ayan, and Qin Xuan later reconciled with her and agreed to consider taking Qian Renxue as his disciple.
• Yue Shen returned injured after challenging Yan Fei, while Tang Xiao left to consult the elders about Tang Hao's request for a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring and leaders gathered at the Zhu Family estate for Dai Weisi and Zhu Zhuyun's engagement.

Qin Xuan maneuvered the Clear Sky Sect into paying for Tang Hao’s Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring while arranging to expose A Whale and force Tang Hao into a brutal choice. The arc ended with Tang Hao killing Xiao Wu’s Mother for her Soul Ring as Qin Xuan watched from above.

• Ning Fengzhi negotiated an alliance against Spirit Hall, while Yue Shen brought Zhu Zhuyun to Qin Xuan and Tang Bai sought help finding Tang Hao a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast.
• Four years later, Bibi Dong absorbed the Death Spider Emperor’s Soul Ring and Soul Bones, while A Whale revealed her identity as a transformed Blue Silver Emperor and gave birth to Tang San.
• Qin Xuan arranged for the Clear Sky Sect to pay one hundred million Gold Soul Coins for Tang Hao’s Soul Ring, then ordered Mo Ya to expose A Whale and Bai Feng to lead Tang Hao toward Xiao Wu’s Mother.
• Mo Ya revealed A Whale’s identity in Heaven Dou City, and Ning Fengzhi helped Tang Yuehua take A Whale and her child away before Spirit Hall could seize them.
• Bai Feng and the Six Sword Slaves subdued Xiao Wu’s Mother and captured Xiao Wu, then brought Tang Hao and Tang Xiao to the clearing.
• Tang Hao killed Xiao Wu’s Mother despite Xiao Wu’s pleas, releasing her Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring.
• Qin Xuan and Nong Yu watched from the forest, and Qin Xuan carried Nong Yu toward Lake of Life as Tang Hao prepared to absorb the ring and spotted them overhead.

Qin Xuan’s schemes left Tang Hao captured and the Clear Sky Sect isolated, while Spirit Hall moved to claim A Whale and Tang San. Tang Hao escaped, killed Qian Xunji with power from the Asura God, and collapsed as Qin Xuan and Yan Fei appeared nearby.

• Qin Xuan killed the Sky Azure Bull Python, gave its Soul Bone to Nong Yu, and left the wounded Titan Giant Ape to tell Xiao Wu what had happened.
• Tang Hao absorbed Xiao Wu’s Mother’s Soul Ring, attacked Bai Feng for her Soul Bone, and was captured by Bai Feng and the Six Sword Slaves.
• Spirit Hall confronted the Clear Sky Sect over A Whale, while the Soul Master Guild and its allies refused to help the sect.
• The Clear Sky Sect agreed to surrender A Whale, and Tang Xiao paid the Soul Master Guild’s ransom to free Tang Hao.
• Qian Xunji took A Whale and Tang San from the Clear Sky Sect, and Tang Hao arrived too late before pursuing them.
• Tang Hao reclaimed Tang San and killed Golden Bell Douluo, then fought Qian Xunji while Qin Xuan secretly controlled Qian Xunji to test a new technique.
• The Asura God empowered Tang Hao, who shattered Qian Xunji’s Angel Avatar and killed him, then collapsed fearing Spirit Hall’s retaliation.
• Qin Xuan and Yan Fei appeared near the fallen Tang Hao, and Yan Fei asked how Qin Xuan had controlled Qian Xunji and raised his Soul Power.

After Tang Hao killed Qian Xunji, Qin Xuan became Spirit Hall’s Pope and led a campaign that devastated the Clear Sky Sect and its allied clans. He spared the renamed Haozi Sect after Yan Fei intervened, then reshaped Spirit Hall’s training, leadership, and standing among the great sects.

• Qin Xuan revealed that Tang Hao had killed Qian Xunji, became Spirit Hall’s new Pope, and ordered an assault on the Clear Sky Sect and its allied clans.
• Spirit Hall destroyed the Strength and Speed Clans, while the Breaking and Defense Clans submitted under pressure.
• Qin Xuan attacked the Clear Sky Sect, took Tang Xiao’s arm and Soul Bone, and threatened to bury its members unless Tang Hao appeared.
• Qin Xuan gave the Clear Sky Sect three days to summon Tang Hao, surrender its resources, and submit to his demands, while Tang Hao stayed in hiding.
• Yan Fei asked Qin Xuan to spare the sect, and Tang Bai accepted surrender and renaming terms after Qin Xuan returned from fighting her.
• The Clear Sky Sect became the Haozi Sect, while Qin Xuan reorganized its captured members and other resources and introduced new training and educational programs for Spirit Hall.
