They had expected a massive deluge like Golisopod's, or a rapid and powerful water column like Pidgeot's.
Who would have thought it would really just be such an unremarkable Water Gun?
The watching students were disappointed, but Fang Mian, standing in the battlefield, was delighted.
How could an ordinary Water Gun possibly stand against the full-force Electric Type attack unleashed by his Magnemite...

The sudden thunderous noise made Fang Mian's jaw drop.
That seemingly thin stream of water had punched straight through the dense Electroweb as effortlessly as if it were piercing a paper window.
It was as though it was not an ordinary water column at all, but an iron pillar forged from refined steel.
"Not good, Magnemite, dodge it!"
After a brief moment of stunned confusion, Fang Mian immediately snapped back to his senses. Seeing the Water Gun still speeding toward his Magnemite without slowing down, he shouted at once.
Unfortunately, Magnemite seemed equally absorbed in wondering why its Electroweb had been pierced by Water Gun and did not notice the incoming attack at all.
Then...
"Clang—!!!"
A huge metallic crash echoed across the entire field.
Feeling his ears swell from the impact of the sound, Fang Mian could barely close his mouth.
