Nanami poured the Chakra within her into her blade.
"Ryūjin Jakka!"
Crimson flames surged into the sky.
Compared to before, the flames burned even hotter, yet they still could not cover the entire Inner Court.
Nanami's Chakra was draining rapidly.
Ryūjin Jakka had not yet grown powerful enough to sweep aside Complete Body Susanoo.
Madara saw this and sneered.
"The weapon Ren spent a vast amount of Chakra forging amounts to no more than this."
"It's just a weapon that hasn't finished growing."
He made Complete Body Susanoo raise its enormous blade.
As its wings beat, wind and fire gathered along the edge, turning the massive blade into a burning mountain range.
"Nanami!"
Jian Zhen shouted sharply, "Don't take it head-on!"
Nanami did not retreat.
She glanced at her clansmen evacuating behind her, then lowered her eyes to Ryūjin Jakka in her hands.
The long blade answered its wielder's will with a low tremor from deep within.
Nanami tightened her grip on the hilt.
"I can't retreat."
"The Clan Leader entrusted this blade to me, not so I could flee from the enemy."
She raised her head and stared straight at Madara inside Complete Body Susanoo.
"Madara Uchiha, I'll defend the Inner Court with this blade today."
Madara's gaze was cold.
"Then die."
Complete Body Susanoo swung its blade.
Boom!
The enormous blade descended from high above.
Flames and blades of wind erupted together, as though a crimson storm had swallowed the entire Inner Court. The gale pressed down the flames around Nanami, while the ground caved under the pressure, splitting open in a massive crack.
Nanami gritted her teeth, gripped Ryūjin Jakka with both hands, and thrust it upward to meet the blow.
"Ryūjin Jakka, release!"
Crimson blade light shot into the sky.
But just as the two blades
