The Meng'an Tribe was a small tribe within the Azure Domain. It had a population of over a hundred thousand, two Void True Gods, more than a hundred True Gods, and everyone else was a Lord of Laws or below.

By then, An Sai's Divine Power Avatar had already appeared in the residence of the tribe's leader, Montanaro.

"You said those two adventurers emerged from a spatial vortex?" A keen light flashed in Montanaro's dark blue eyes.

"Yes. An Ruiqi and I both saw it with our own eyes," An Sai said with a nod.

Montanaro nodded and smiled. "An Sai, you did well. Inviting them to visit our Meng'an Tribe was exactly the right thing to do!"

"You may go now. I'll greet them in person when they arrive," Montanaro instructed.

"Yes!" An Sai's Divine Power Avatar withdrew, though the leader's reaction left him puzzled.

An Sai knew nothing of Luo Feng's origins, but Montanaro had his suspicions. He knew far more secrets than An Sai did.

They should be from the Universe Ocean, having passed through reincarnation. Two achieving Transcendence of Reincarnation together—that's no simple feat. I wonder if they're truly geniuses. If they are, the Meng'an Tribe will have rendered a great service. I must inform the Domain Lord. A Communication Token appeared in Montanaro's hand.

The Azure Domain was governed from its Domain Prefecture City, Azure City.

The City Lord's Residence in Azure City was also the Domain Lord's residence.

The Azure Domain's Domain Lord was also Azure City's lord. He held supreme authority in the domain and was its strongest being, rumored to be on the verge of becoming a Chaos Master. Life in the You Mountain Empire was relatively stable, however, and Azure City's lord rarely fought. Outsiders could only speculate about his strength.

In a great hall within the City Lord's Residence stood a throne nine kilometers high. A humanoid creature in blood-red armor reclined upon it. Black currents resembling dark hair streamed from beneath his golden-and-blood armor, carrying an eerie aura. His features were impossible to make out, completely hidden by those sinister currents.

He was the Azure Domain's ruler—the Evil Eye Domain Lord.

"Hmm? Montanaro?" Sensing a pulse from his Communication Token, the Evil Eye Domain Lord sent a cool reply. "What is it, Montanaro?"

The Evil Eye Domain Lord listened in silence, then sat upright.

"Transcendent Reincarnators." A sharp light flashed in his eyes, and the black currents veiling his head surged. "Montanaro, confirm their identities. If they truly are Transcendent Reincarnators, bring them to Azure City. Your Meng'an Tribe will receive great credit, and I will reward you handsomely."

In an instant, the black currents were drawn entirely into his head.

The Evil Eye Domain Lord had a huge, ferocious mouth. Stranger still, he had three eyes, all pitch-black and without pupils. The third eye on his forehead even glimmered with a dark crimson light.

Those who achieve Transcendence of Reincarnation have immense potential. I hope you won't disappoint me, the Evil Eye Domain Lord thought with anticipation.

Meanwhile...

Luo Feng and Morosa had boarded An Sai's Mechanical Flow ship and were speeding toward the Meng'an Tribe.

On the Origin Continent, a True God's maximum flight speed was only about the normal speed of light in the Primal Universe, far slower than a Mechanical Flow ship. Such ships could reach ten, a hundred, or even over a thousand times the Primal Universe's speed of light.

Unlike the Primal Universe, the Origin Continent had no Dark Universe, just like the Universe Ocean. Even at the Origin Continent's speed of light, one remained in ordinary space. The higher a ship's maximum speed, the more outrageous its price.

Luo Feng had learned from the Duandong River Lineage that the Origin Continent's speed of light was ten thousand times that of the Primal Universe. Only those at the God King Level could break that limit. It was extraordinarily difficult even for a Mechanical Flow ship to do so. Every ship capable of exceeding the Origin Continent's speed of light cost as much as a God King Weapon. Even a Void True God, or an Eternal True God, might be unable to afford one after spending his entire fortune.

The Blue Molybdenum Crystal Mine was over a trillion kilometers from the Meng'an Tribe. Traveling at twenty times the Primal Universe's speed of light, they finally arrived after seven or eight days, measured by Earth time.

The Meng'an Tribe lay within a vast forest of ancient trees.

According to An Sai and An Ruiqi, most of the trees in the forest were ancient trees that had grown there naturally. One, however, was a plant life-form called the Stone Bone Divine Tree, which their leader Montanaro had cultivated at tremendous expense. The tree possessed strength comparable to the True God Limit and could even withstand a Void True God's attacks. It had sheltered generations of the Meng'an Tribe within the forest.

From afar, Luo Feng gazed at the immense forest ahead. Every tree rose thousands or tens of thousands of kilometers high, and some exceeded a hundred thousand kilometers. Throughout the forest, he could see many tribespeople who resembled An Sai and An Ruiqi.

At the front of the tribe, its towering leader, Montanaro, appeared to have been waiting for some time. As soon as he saw the ship, he hurried forward.

"I, Montanaro, welcome you both!" His voice boomed as Luo Feng and Morosa emerged from the ship. "The Meng'an Tribe has always welcomed guests. We don't care for needless fighting. Every adventurer who visits receives our highest ceremonial welcome."

With a wave of his hand, Montanaro formed a golden path from countless motes of light. It stretched from where he stood to Luo Feng and Morosa's feet.

An Sai and An Ruiqi stared in astonishment.

An Sai in particular had had no idea that welcoming adventurers called for the tribe's highest honors.

Even Luo Feng was taken aback. This was quite a welcome.

"Call me Galaxy. This is my friend, Morosa," Luo Feng said by way of introduction. Over the past few days, he had learned the language used by the Meng'an Tribe.

Morosa looked simple and good-natured, even a little shy.

"Hahaha! Galaxy, Morosa, please, come to my residence." Montanaro laughed heartily.

Montanaro's residence stood deep in the forest. Judging by its aura, the Stone Bone Divine Tree had transformed into it. Luo Feng had no fear that the plant life-form could harm him, and he followed Montanaro inside without hesitation.

They came in without a moment's hesitation. Montanaro was secretly startled. Cultivating this plant life-form had cost him nearly his entire fortune. It could now barely reach the Void True God Level. If it trapped a Void True God, that person would likely be unable to break free for some time, leaving Montanaro free to kill him.

Are these two youngsters who just passed through reincarnation naive, or do they have reason to be confident? Could they really be adventurers? Montanaro wondered.

What he did not know was that Luo Feng and Morosa were only posing as ordinary Void True Gods. Both had reached the Eternal True God Level, and Morosa was even approaching Saint level—the level of a Chaos Master. Why would they fear a Void True God? Luo Feng might not even fear an Eternal True God.

"Come, please sit." Montanaro shrank until he was roughly Luo Feng's size.

An exquisite table and wine cups the size of bowls soon took shape before them. Luo Feng and Morosa sat down.

"This is an aged wine made by the Meng'an Tribe. We've kept it for a full ten Eras of Reincarnation. Please, try it," Montanaro said casually.

Eras of Reincarnation?

Luo Feng's heart stirred. One Era of Reincarnation equaled 36 trillion epochs, and one epoch lasted 10,081 years. Yet Montanaro had used the term "Era of Reincarnation" with him. Clearly, he knew about reincarnation, and likely the Universe Ocean as well.

Montanaro had deliberately mentioned "ten Eras of Reincarnation" to see how the two would react.

Luo Feng smiled and nodded, then took a sip. The flavor was hard to describe. It wasn't unpleasant, but it wasn't particularly good either.

"How is it?" Montanaro asked.

"It's different from what we have back home. Not bad," Luo Feng replied.

"Oh?" Montanaro looked surprised. "Your home, Galaxy? Which country do you two come from?"

Luo Feng looked at Montanaro, then smiled faintly.

"My home is somewhere unimaginably far away. It's called Earth..."

"Earth, Earth..." Montanaro murmured. His gaze changed. When he came to his senses, he looked at Luo Feng with utter reverence and admiration.

Luo Feng waved a hand. "All right. Tell me everything you know, including everything about the You Mountain Empire."

Montanaro had become Luo Feng's Soul Slave.

Back when Luo Feng had first become a True God, he could already enslave a Fifth-Order World Beast. Such a beast was somewhat stronger than the True God Limit and nearly as powerful as a Void True God. A World Beast's soul was exceptionally strong, and its will was firmly at the Void True God Level. Now that Luo Feng had reached the Eternal True God Level, enslaving a Void True God was effortless.

Montanaro dismissed his attendants and began to recount everything he knew...

The You Mountain Empire had been founded by the ancient You Mountain God King. Under his command were three God Kings and more than ten Saint-level Existences, though even Montanaro did not know the precise number. The empire was divided into Nine Regions, each covering a vast expanse of land and containing countless tribes and a main city known as a Domain Prefecture City. The Meng'an Tribe was merely a small tribe of over a hundred thousand people, with Void True Gods as its strongest members.

Medium and large tribes abounded in the You Mountain Empire. Though less numerous than small tribes, they had larger populations and greater strength. Medium tribes had populations of at least a million, while large tribes numbered tens of millions or even hundreds of millions, producing correspondingly more powerful experts. A medium tribe was likely to have an Eternal True God, and a large tribe could have several.

As for tribes with Saint-level Existences, there might be some, but they were rare.

Out of a million Eternal True Gods, perhaps only a handful would become Saint-level Existences.

Tribes were common minor powers, but the Domain Prefecture Cities were the heart of their respective domains. Each covered an area several light-years across and housed vast populations and more top-tier experts. Most of the empire's Eternal True Gods lived in these cities.

The Azure Domain's Domain Prefecture City was Azure City. Its strongest figure was the Domain Lord himself—the Evil Eye Domain Lord.

The Evil Eye Domain Lord. Luo Feng committed the name to memory. Montanaro had revealed that Azure City's lord had long ordered him to watch for any news of Transcendent Reincarnators and report even suspicious cases. Yet after hundreds or thousands of Eras of Reincarnation, he had not encountered a single one—until Luo Feng and Morosa appeared.
