For now, we'll give each of them one chance, ten eras apiece. If anyone truly can't break through, we'll reconsider near the end of the next Reincarnation Era," the Primal Chaos City Leader said. "I'll draw up an order, and you can make the arrangements accordingly."
The others nodded.
