Who Was the Enemy?

Everyone looked at Venom in confusion, wondering what he was making such a fuss about.

Eddie patted him awkwardly. "When have you ever had a good feeling?"

"This time I mean it!"

Venom's white eyes went wide. "This plot feels way too familiar. Is a villain about to show up? One even scarier than Knull?!"

Everyone turned to look at Knull.

Knull fell speechless under their stares, then turned to glare at Venom.

"Shut up, inferior creation."

Venom immediately ducked behind Eddie. "See? He's guilty!"

Red light flared in Knull's eyes. "You..."

"All right, everyone."

Xiao Han cut the farce short. "Whoever it is, don't panic."

He looked at Kara. "Has anything unusual happened on Earth lately, apart from the Collision Crisis?"

Although Xiao Han had been away from this universe, he could roughly sense what happened in it.

He knew a little about events like Galactus's death, which could be felt throughout the Multiverse.

Kara and Wanda exchanged a glance.

"Another Universe Collision Crisis happened two days ago,"

Wanda said. "We used the Infinity Stones and stopped it."

She showed him the cracked stones set into the bracelet on her wrist.

"But it came at a high cost. The stones are nearly spent."

Koo Ja-yoon added, "We also saw something strange at the point of contact, but we couldn't tell what it was."

"The Watcher?" Xiao Han asked, raising an eyebrow.

Had Uatu shown up again?

Diana frowned. "So was it him or not?"

"No. It was different—not the Watcher. And this was darker," Kara said, shaking her head.

Knull suddenly sneered. "Looks like you've gotten yourselves into serious trouble."

Xiao Han studied the others as his thoughts wandered.

"All the clues point to an entity beyond the universe."
