"According to satellite thermal imaging, Banner's cabin is in the valley two kilometers ahead."

Clint Barton adjusted the miniature display on his wristwatch, his compound bow resting on his lap.

"The military's last search was three days ago; he should still be there."

Adam turned his gaze away from the window. "Are you sure you want to do this? Provoking Hulk isn't a wise choice."

"Fury's orders." Natasha turned the steering wheel, and the vehicle turned onto a dirt road almost completely covered by weeds.

"And we have you, don't we? The former strongest human."

A few seconds of silence followed in the car. Adam's lips twitched slightly. "That title is long gone."

The vehicle suddenly jolted, and a dilapidated wooden house appeared in the woods ahead, with wisps of white smoke rising from its chimney.

We've arrived.

Natasha shut off the engine, and the three of them checked their equipment in unison.

Clint slung his quiver over his shoulder, while Adam simply adjusted his jacket; he never needed weapons.

The open space in front of the wooden house was overgrown with weeds. A squirrel was startled and quickly scurried up a pine tree.

Natasha walked in front, raising her hand to signal the other two to keep their distance.

She gently knocked on the wooden door, and a flurry of noise came from inside.

"Who is it?" Banner's hoarse voice came through the door.

"Doctor Banner, I'm Natasha Romanoff from S.H.I.E.L.D.. We mean no harm, we just want to talk."

After a long silence, the door opened a crack.

Banner's haggard face appeared through the crack in the door, his eyes behind his glasses bloodshot. "S.H.I.E.L.D..? What's the difference between you and the military?"

Natasha gave a reassuring smile, "It's a big difference. We're not here to arrest you, but to offer help."

Banner's gaze swept over the two people behind her, lingering on Adam for a few seconds. "Bringing armed men to help? How thoughtful."

"Necessary precautions, Doctor." Clint shrugged.

"We all know that the friend inside you has a bit of a temper."

Banner frowned even more, but still stepped aside to let the door open. "Five minutes. Then leave."

The wooden cabin was simple but clean, with handwritten formulas and drawings covering the walls.

A small generator hummed in the corner, powering a few rudimentary instruments.

Banner gestured for them to sit down, while he leaned against the table, maintaining a safe distance.

"Just tell me, what do you want?" Banner cut to the chase.

Natasha leaned forward. "A research position, safe accommodations, and assistance when appropriate, or like us, joining the Avengers Initiative."

"Assist?"

Banner looked at them calmly. "You want to turn me into a weapon."

"No, it's a precautionary measure."

Adam suddenly spoke, his voice low and deep, "There are more and more beings like Superman; the world needs balance."

Banner's pupils contracted slightly. "You've seen him? That guy flying around in the black suit?"

"Fury has seen him."

Clint interjected, "He also became Stark's partner. So Fury felt it was time to start his own insurance company."

Banner's fingers tapped unconsciously on the table. "To be honest, I'm not very interested."

Even if I agree, how can you guarantee the military won't come after me again? General Ross treats me like his white whale."

"Fury has his methods," Natasha said confidently.

"With special authorization from the President, all cases concerning you have been sealed."

Banner suddenly stood up and paced back and forth in the cramped space. "You don't understand, this isn't a legal issue. The Hulk is getting harder and harder to control; last time I transformed, I almost killed a squad of soldiers."

His voice began to tremble, "I can't take the risk!"

Adam keenly noticed that Banner's breathing became rapid and his fingers began to twitch involuntarily—signs that were about to transform.

"Doctor, calm down." He stood up and made a reassuring gesture with his hands.

"Take a deep breath."

But it was too late.

Banner doubled over in agony, an unnatural green tinge rising beneath his skin. "Go... you must... get out..."

The air inside the wooden house seemed to freeze.

Natasha and Clint retreated quickly, while Adam stood in front of them, his azure energy beginning to circulate around him.

"Roar!!!"

With a deafening roar, Banner's body swelled and deformed, his clothes were torn apart, Hulk burst out!

The wooden house was shattered into pieces by the enormous impact, with wood chips and glass shards flying everywhere!

Natasha performed a backflip and leaped out of the danger zone. Clint had already nocked his arrow. "Doctor Banner! Calm down!"

But what responded to him was a gigantic green fist, which came hurtling towards him with a fierce wind!

Bang!!!

Adam blocked with both hands, taking the punch head-on. The air was compressed to its limit, producing a piercing explosion!

A barrier of dark blue Antimatter Energy formed in front of him.

"Boom!!!"

The moment the two forces collided, the shockwave spread out in a spherical shape, uprooting trees within a radius of 100 meters and causing the ground to crack like a spider web!

Adam's feet sank deep into the ground, and he slid backward for more than ten meters before barely coming to a stop.

"This guy's power is weird!" Adam gritted his teeth, a hint of shock flashing in his eyes.

"Roar!!!"

Hulk roared to the sky, his muscles expanding at a visible speed, veins bulging, and the rage in his eyes almost materializing!

He stomped his foot hard, the ground collapsed, and his massive body charged toward Adam like a cannonball!

"Watch out!" Natasha shouted from a distance.

"Hulk has gone berserk!"

Clint quickly fired several tranquilizer arrows, but the tips couldn't even pierce Hulk's skin before bouncing off.

"Damn it! His defenses have increased again!"

In the center of the battlefield, Adam and Hulk clash once again!

"Thump! Thump! Thump!"

Each clash of fists and feet produced a deafening roar, the shockwaves pulverizing the surrounding rocks!

Adam's Antimatter Energy bombarded Hulk relentlessly, but only left shallow burn marks, which were instantly repaired by Hulk's healing factor.

"How is this possible?!" Adam was horrified.

His antimatter attack was powerful enough to destroy a small mountain, but it had almost no effect on the Hulk!

The Hulk grew stronger with each battle; his anger caused his power to increase exponentially!

"Bang!"

A powerful punch broke through Adam's defenses and slammed into his chest!

"Cough!"

Adam was sent flying backward, crashing through three large trees before finally coming to a stop.

"Adam!" Natasha exclaimed, glancing at Hulk but not daring to go over to check on the situation.

Hulk didn't give chase. Instead, he stood still, pounding his chest with his fists and letting out a deafening roar!

His muscle density continued to reorganize, and his skin began to turn an abnormal dark green, even faintly glowing red!

"He's evolving..." Clint said with a serious expression.

"Anger pushed him beyond his limits!"

Adam quickly got up, wiped the dust off his clothes, and his eyes blazed with fighting spirit.

"This guy's strength is abnormal; we need to deal with him as soon as possible."

He took a deep breath, and the Antimatter Energy within his body began to operate at its maximum, enveloping his entire body in a ghostly blue light!

"Whoosh!"

Adam instantly broke the sound barrier, leaving a trail of sonic booms in the air as he charged straight at Hulk!

"Boom!!!"

This time, his fist landed squarely on Hulk's chin, the tremendous impact sending Hulk staggering backward!

But Hulk quickly regained his balance and delivered a powerful backhand swing, slamming Adam hard into the ground!

"Bang!"

The earth trembled, and dust billowed everywhere!

Adam leaps out of the pit and engages in a frenzied battle with Hulk!

The two were moving so fast that they were difficult to see with the naked eye; all that could be seen were two afterimages, one blue and one green, constantly colliding in the forest!

Trees fell in rows, rocks turned to dust, and the entire forest wailed in the midst of their battle!

"We have to do something!" Natasha said anxiously.

Clint quickly changed arrows. "I'll try a sonic arrow; maybe it can distract him!"

He drew the bowstring taut and aimed at Hulk's back.

"Whoosh!"

The arrow shot through the air, unleashing a piercing sonic boom the instant it approached Hulk!

"Roar!!!"

Hulk clutched his ears in pain, his movements momentarily halting.

Adam seized the opportunity and sent Hulk flying with an uppercut!

"Well done!" he shouted.

But the next second, Hulk's anger escalated again!

"Hulk... is angry!!!"

His roars continued, his eyes turned completely blood red, and his muscles swelled to the point of almost bursting!

"Oh no! He's even angrier now!" Clint's expression changed drastically.

Hulk stomped his foot, causing the ground to undulate like waves, and the shockwave sent Clint and Natasha flying!

Adam quickly leaped and caught the two, but Hulk was already charging towards them like a whirlwind!

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

With three consecutive punches, Adam's defense was completely shattered, and the antimatter barrier broke!

"Ugh!"

He was blasted away again, crashing into the mountainside, where rubble buried him.

Hulk didn't stop. He leaped high into the air, clenched his fists, and slammed them down hard on the spot where Adam had fallen!
