Night had fallen, and everyone in the castle had gone to sleep.
The former barracks now housed the thieves.
These thieves were hardly quiet sleepers.
Kicking the person beside them out of bed in their sleep was perfectly normal.
And now, one of the thieves had been kicked onto the floor.
Cursing under his breath, he headed for the washroom.
But as he stepped out of the barracks, he suddenly felt a wave of icy cold.
The thief couldn't help shivering.
He quickened his pace.
After he left, a figure invisible to ordinary eyes emerged from the shadows nearby.
This was a Wraith.
He was also a trusted subordinate of Timothy, a Demigod of the Rose School.
He had originally been ordered to investigate the loss of contact with Magu Town and the abnormal weather on the highlands.
But midway through his mission, he had received new orders from Timothy.
The Demigod had told him to abandon his original assignment and instead investigate the enemy numbers at Silent Castle, along with their other accommodations.
The Wraith had infiltrated Silent Castle very carefully, worried that being discovered would affect Timothy's next move.
His name was Gergil, and he dared not possess any of the thieves or the castle's prisoners.
Nor did he dare channel their spirits.
He could only use the most troublesome method.
