To deal with the "King of Curses," Baranka, Sifa had long devised a strategy.
He believed that with only one "Angel" on his side, it would be difficult to kill another Angel in a short time.
So he followed the Dark Demon Wolf's example, making the Divinity in an area disappear and dragging both sides down to the same level.
That was Sequence 5.
With both sides at Sequence 5, killing Baranka became much easier.
And now—
Sifa, the "Scholar of Yore," and Dean Wengris, the "Iron-blooded Knight," had all temporarily lost their Divinity and been reduced to "Sequence 5."
Yet the various extraordinary traits they had displayed earlier remained.
Such as the Mythical Creature Forms displayed by Sifa and Baranka.
Such as the Snake of Fate Angel summoned by the "Scholar of Yore."
And the Historical Projection, Creeping Hunger, summoned by the "Scholar of Yore."

That still wasn't enough.
Sifa had also lent Ghost Scream to Dean Wengris.
And lent Mrs. Christie to the "Scholar of Yore."
These mystical items were unaffected by Wish and could still be used.
And they would play an enormous role!
Just like now, Dean Wengris used Holy Light through Ghost Scream.
Making Baranka howl like a ghost and a wolf.
Maintaining a body as large as a castle, Baranka was as obvious a target as could be. There was no need to aim deliberately.
Just as Holy Light stiffened Baranka's body and made it difficult for her to move—
The Pyromaniacs hurled Flame Spears in perfect unison.
More than a hundred spears flew out together, creating
