Abidos City, Southern Continent.

Today was the day the expedition set out.

The expedition was bound for the lands beyond the Star Highlands, deep in the Southern Continent.

Led by the officer Grey Wolf, who was already a Magician, it consisted of more than a hundred soldiers.

As for Beyonders, there were a dozen or so low- and mid-sequence Demi-Humans, led by the Demon Hunter Nefi.

Even the Half-Beasts wholeheartedly respected this tall, powerfully built girl for her courage and prowess in battle.

Finally, three War Priests would accompany them, responsible for spreading faith in Sifa.

In Abidos's central square, the expedition was undergoing Sifa's inspection.

Standing on a raised platform, Sifa looked down over the assembled team.

After offering some words of encouragement, Sifa raised a wineglass, drained it, and smashed it against the ground.

The others followed suit, finishing their wine and shattering their glasses.

Finally, to the sound of a horn, the expedition set out. A resident of Abidos served as their guide, leading them toward the relatively safe Green Forest Ancient Trail.

After watching the expedition leave, Sifa returned to the city lord's residence, where Katarina told him that Abrio was waiting in the study.

The study.

Sifa saw the captain of the Celeste. The tall man with brilliant blond hair stood by the window, seemingly reminiscing about bygone days.

Hearing footsteps, Abrio turned around, pressed a hand to his chest, and bowed slightly to Sifa. "Your Highness, I've come to say goodbye."

"Heading back?" Sifa wasn't surprised.

Abrio nodded and smiled. "The Celeste is getting impatient. It doesn't like dry land. It's always been that way."

Sifa patted his shoulder. "Thank you very much for your help, my friend. If you ever need my assistance, please be sure to let me know."

"I will."
