"Magician" Fors saw that "World" was considering the assassination job she had proposed, so she described the Abraham Family traitor Lewis Wien in detail.
"He can record a Beyonder Ability someone else has used and use it once himself," she said. "He's good at escaping, hard to surround, and may even be able to travel through the Spirit Realm."
She looked at "World" and waited for his response.
After thinking it over, "Fool" Klein had "World" say to Fors, "I can consider taking the job, but not anytime soon. Two months from now, at the earliest."
"Two months from now." Fors hesitated, wondering whether she should ask "Hermit" if he had time.
Having explored ruins with "Hermit," Fors trusted his strength. But he clearly wasn't interested in this assassination, and she didn't seem to have anything that would tempt him.
At that moment, "Hanged Man" Alger, who had been listening, chose his words and cut in. "Miss Magician, do you have to kill that Oracle of the Aurora Order yourself?"
Fors smiled. "No. I'm considering asking Mr. World for help, aren't I?"
Alger nodded. "Before anyone can kill him, they have to find him. Can you do that?"
"No, but I'll investigate," Fors answered frankly.
Alger gave a short chuckle. "If you can find out where that Aurora Order Oracle is, and you don't have to kill him yourself, why not report his whereabouts straight to the churches?"
He spread his hands. "After the Great Smog Event, no church would ignore a lead like that."
Klein was a little taken aback. Report him to the churches? That sounds awfully familiar.
Then he relaxed. Heh, I've rubbed off on everyone.
"Report him?" Fors was taken aback too.
Alger smiled and went on. "Here's what you could do. Investigate your target first.
