After hearing Odys's words, Rosalind froze for a moment.
As a member of the secret organization, the Moses Ascetic Order, she had never even considered overthrowing the Loen Government.
That made her give Odys a serious look, because this "favored of a God" before her did not seem particularly extreme.
Rosalind cleared her throat and reminded him, "The Loen Royal Family has the support of three Churches, and it seems the Royal Family also has two Angels."
Odys smiled when he saw her expression. "I didn't say that because I want you to do it right now."
He paused. "Just as I said yesterday, when you feel that you don't know how to solve the problem before you, you might as well start doing something.
"Once you begin, you'll know what can be accomplished and what is difficult to accomplish. Then you can do the things that can be accomplished."
Rosalind pondered for a moment before asking, "So your solution for helping the people at the bottom of this world is to open schools and carry out construction work on this remote island?"
Odys spread his hands. "At the very least, the fate of the natives on this island has changed. Their lives have improved, and they have entered modern society.
"And if I hadn't appeared, they might not have been able to accomplish such changes even after several hundred years."
Rosalind asked, "Can this compulsory education model be maintained over the long term?"
"Of course it can," Odys said. "Krus Island is a somewhat special case. Every week, it earns a great deal of wealth from pirates.
"Only a portion of that income is needed to provide compulsory education for every child, as well as build hospitals and clinics.
"Look over there. That is land marked out for construction.
