Premium Launch Note

Thank you all for your support and affection, which have given this book some very respectable results.

First, a word about updates after the premium launch: there would definitely be four updates tomorrow. Normally, there would be at least 6,000 words a day, with bonus updates as well.

Since it would go premium just after midnight, tomorrow's updates would be posted sometime after 12 a.m. The day after tomorrow, the update schedule would return to the morning.

There should be around 200,000 words updated in August, and even more in September. Based on this author's experience with previous books, a great deal of groundwork generally had to be laid before reaching 300,000 or 400,000 words, so only 6,000 to 7,000 words could be written each day.

After 300,000 or 400,000 words, most of that groundwork would be complete, and writing 8,000 words a day should not be a problem. Even more should be possible after September. For the previous book, the most this author had updated in a month was around 270,000 to 280,000 words. This book should be able to reach that amount as well.

Next, let's discuss the plot. The initial inspiration for this book came when the previous book reached the point where the protagonist encountered the "Knowledge Moor."

At the time, this author had a question: What medium did Beyonder Abilities use to transmit themselves?

For instance, if a Beyonder used a Beyonder Ability to attack another Beyonder 15 meters away, with 15 meters between them, why could one Beyonder attack the other?

Of course, this question was a bit of nitpicking. After all, many things in "Lord of Mysteries" were rather idealistic. If everything had to be supported by theory, it would lose that sense of mystery.

But then this author thought that this could be used to give the protagonist a very unique cheat, and at the very least, this cheat had more sincerity than something like a system.

So, following that line of thought, this author continued thinking. Some readers may have noticed that this author had written science fiction before, so the idea arose of combining spirituality with theories involving many fundamental particles.

Afterward, a model roughly took shape: everyone had a self-circulating Spiritual Field within their body. Potions could make this Spiritual Field stronger and more distorted. Once it lost its healthy self-circulation, the Spiritual Field would become blocked or chaotic, corresponding to the signs of losing control and complete loss of control.

Returning to the earlier question, when a Beyonder used Beyonder power to attack another Beyonder 15 meters away, the Beyonder attack was transmitted and distorted through the spirituality outside the human body, striking the opponent.

This was a simple model. The actual model was more complicated—for example, Uniqueness had to be considered, as did the relationship between Beyonder Characteristics and spirituality. Explaining it all at once would be terribly dull, so this author would stop here for now. It would gradually be explained through the protagonist's three years of research as the plot progressed.

Yes, the protagonist had already completely mastered this theory. Do you remember the model Bernadette saw when she went to the protagonist's home for dinner? The protagonist had even developed chariots and warships powered by spirituality, with spirituality serving as their energy source. Of course, those could only be revealed in the second part of this book.

The plotline of the first part would roughly follow the original work. The protagonist would play an important role in the Great Smog Event and would also work for the Goddess for free once.

Oh, right. Earlier, the issue of the protagonist not advancing for three years was mentioned. This author truly hadn't expected it to become a point of criticism for this book.

This author knew full well that his abilities were limited. It was perfectly normal for some readers not to like it; after all, even the original work had people criticizing it.

Finally, regarding the QQ group: after the premium launch, this author would announce the group number. For now, anyone with a fan value of at least 1 could join.
