"Triumphal Arch"!
The Triumphal Arch, the only surviving wonder from the post-Roselle era, stood in White Maple Square, a few hundred meters behind the White House where the prime minister worked...

Wait! Triumphal Arch... a gate?! I remembered a page from Roselle's Diary recording how the Night Emperor and Mr. Door had worked together to construct a "door" on an island in the then-peaceful Berserk Sea, intending to draw in a great power...
And Roselle had later found those ruins!
"Mr. 'Door' told me that he had once secretly cooperated with the 'Night Emperor' to temporarily construct a 'door' in an attempt to draw in a great power.
