Abner raised his head and studied him for a few moments. Since the "Owen" avatar couldn't communicate with the Pure White Eye, he couldn't determine whether the man before him was the original or an avatar created through Imagination.
If it's merely "Imagination," then not one of the people present is the original... I don't count, of course. Although the "Owen" avatar is "real," it's still something whose loss wouldn't matter... As for "Zaratul," he's merely a Spirit Worm attached to a "projection."
And Princess Vera is just a "shell." Her true nature now consists of that "mist" hidden somewhere unknown.
Thinking about it this way, this really is a completely "fake" date... I just wonder what effect it would have as material for Mystical Reenactment...
