Inside a strange little chapel in Beimang, Intis.
The ascetic Snowman knelt before a statue of the Creator as he always did, praying devoutly.
Then he heard a sigh. Father Adam emerged from the dilapidated chapel and approached him. He wore a plain white robe, had a pale gold beard that nearly concealed the lower half of his face, and possessed light-colored eyes as clear as a child's.
"Your Highness, Angel of Imagination..." Snowman ended his prayer and bowed respectfully.
Adam nodded slightly. He looked straight into Snowman's eyes, as though looking through him at someone else, and said gently:
"Three conditions.
"First, I'll give you the Abyss card to help you carry out your plan.
"Second, after I merge with the True Creator, whether he or I take the lead, I'll give you a Dark Angel Beyonder Characteristic.
"Third, I'll hand over the Key to Eden, making it entirely yours."
Snowman was not surprised by the Angel of Imagination's abrupt words. This was not the first time it had happened. He knew Adam was speaking to Viscount Beldan through him.
They stared at each other for more than ten seconds. Then Adam gripped the cross pendant at his chest and returned to the dilapidated chapel.
A figure in a pointed soft hat and classical Magician's robe was waiting inside.
He wore a crystal monocle over his right eye. When Adam returned, he immediately asked with a smile, "Have you learned how my true body disappeared?"
Adam looked at him calmly and said in an even voice:
