After advancing to Wisdom Angel, there were few things left in the world that Abner did not understand.
Apart from the things his own Unknown had created, only matters involving True Gods and Great Old Ones could escape his Insight.
Of course, Archangels and Kings of Angel with unusual Authorities could do so as well.

Just then, the young man who seemed to hold considerable standing in the town—and could give orders to the patrol captain at will—spoke again:
"Confiscate these 'honored guests' firearms, then take them to the Guest Building... Hmm, except for those two..."
As he spoke, the young man pointed at Alex the Hunter and Abner, who had changed his appearance.

The young man called the High Priest nodded in satisfaction. After looking the group over again, he singled out Gwen, Lydia, and Fors and said with a straight face, "Also, take these three ladies to my room. I'll receive them personally."
Miss Gwen narrowed her eyes. She had already sentenced this so-called High Priest to death. Once she had extracted some useful information, she would send him back into the embrace of the God he worshiped.
Fors gave nothing away. She merely glanced at the curl of Abner's lips, then looked back at the young man with pity and a touch of schadenfreude...
Only Lydia seethed with anger. Unable to muster any strength, she could do nothing
