In the study, Helene fiddled with the Mysticism Camera under Abner's guidance. Once she understood its basic functions, she considered her words and asked, "How do we play back the footage we've shot?"
Abner had prepared for that question. He extended his Spirituality into the camera and altered several of its runes, causing it to project the footage they had shot earlier onto the study wall.
"Both filming and screening involve Beyonder powers... Won't that make it expensive? How will we make it widely available?" Helene marveled at the projected color images, but she still raised another concern.
After all, if too much Beyonder power was involved, the churches would never allow them to promote it.
"This combined camera and projector is only a prototype. The Beyonder elements inside it can all be replaced with machinery... We're just using it to make a sample film and attract investors." Abner had long since planned the Film Company's development, but he understood Helene's concern and went on,
"Still, we can keep the filming side under wraps by calling it a trade secret. The projector really shouldn't involve Beyonder powers... I'll draw up plans later and find an inventor to build a Hand-Cranked Projector."
Helene nodded repeatedly. With solutions to her concerns, she felt full of energy and promised Abner:
"I'll get the company set up first, then finish the planned series on Backlund as soon as possible..."
She paused, then changed the subject. "But how do I contact Miss Hazel, the Tourist Guide you recommended, and Mr. Emlyn, the Actor? And what should we pay them?"
"Hazel's father is Senator Macht, who's also a potential investor in our company... I'll cover her pay. When you need to film, just go to the Harvest Church and find her. I've already spoken to her..."
