Wolf Fish Canned Food? I remember a security guard at a ticketing company in Pritz Harbor mentioning it. It's popular on the eastern coast of Feysac and in places like the Gargas Archipelago. They salt the wolf fish but leave the blood in. The smell is incredibly strong—stinking and revolting...
Klein glanced at Danitz, who was gagging at the mere mention of someone liking the smell. The canned food had taken on a new level of horror in his mind, though he was also a little curious about its taste.
"How could anyone like that stuff?" Danitz grabbed a bottle from the table and took a swig to steady himself. "Is that Master called the Fool of Nass really reliable?"
"Wolf Fish Canned Food is a product. If people make it, there must be a demand for it..." Roy King replied mildly. Then he added, "That Master's residence isn't hard to find. Plenty of people in Nass know him because of his eccentricities. They simply don't know he's a Demigod of the Savant Pathway."
Klein put the accessory away. He decided that when he set out to look for a Mermaid, he would visit the Master while passing through the Gargas Archipelago and ask about upgrading Creeping Hunger.
He had originally wanted to entrust the job to The Tower, but Abner had declined, saying he wasn't skilled enough to create a genuine Demigod-level item.
With the matter of payment settled, Klein put away the characteristic left by Walrus and had Danitz pick up the corpse. Only then did he prepare to bid the master and apprentice farewell.
Before leaving, however, he hesitated for a moment and finally asked Roy King a question that had troubled him for a long time. "Mr. Roy, what did you see on me back then?"
