That jeweled necklace around his neck doesn't match his armor at all. It's probably a powerful Sealed Artifact, though I can't tell its level.
The man to his left looks familiar... Classic Murphy from RoboCop. Did "I" design his modifications?
And he kept his original nose and mouth instead of replacing them... Does he need them for some special task?
Finally, the little girl on the right has bee wings. At first glance, she seems to have undergone biological modification, and she looks like the weakest of the three... But something about her aura is off. She feels a little like the Blood Elf Lilith casually fashioned for Telles back then...
What a strange-looking bunch. Still, who knows how long they've held out in this nightmare with so few supplies? The fact that they can still think clearly is impressive enough!
