He said to Looker, "I was in quite a hurry when I came and didn't bring anything worthy of note. I hope you won't mind."
"I'll gladly accept it."
Looker's lips curled into a faint smile as she looked at the colorful sandwich stuffed with Berries and vegetables, then sprinkled with all kinds of Herba Mystica. A flicker of curiosity passed through her eyes.
It was her first time seeing such a peculiar food.
Professor Laventon beside her felt much the same. "Baimu, why is the bread glowing?"
"Because it contains Herba Mystica rarely seen in Paldea." Baimu did not hide it, lifting the top layer of the sandwich to show the ingredients inside.
Professor Laventon suddenly understood. "Paldea! I know that place! Baimu, you've actually been to Paldea?"
Unlike present-day Hisui, the Paldea Region was a "great power" that traded with the outside world year-round, so it was perfectly normal for Professor Laventon to know of it.
