But after taking a few more looks, he felt something was off.

Rather than publicly asking someone questions, the man put something resembling VR goggles on them and had them answer in a virtual environment.

More importantly, there was no entry fee and no need to hand over any Pokémon. All they had to do was put on the VR goggles and answer the questions.

Those who failed did not show any signs of having been hypnotized. They still chatted and laughed with companions they knew, muttering things like how unfortunate it was.

What truly made Baimu realize the other party might not be a scammer was the prize quiz organizer's appearance.
