Raikou Came Along

"When it rains, it pours..."

Baimu walked into the cave and took off his soaked cloak. He was about to say a few words to Blissey when he noticed pairs of bright eyes watching him. They belonged to the Electric-type Pokémon whose electricity the Crystal System had drained. "Huh? Why are you all awake?"

They huddled near Raikou, whose eyes shone brightest of all, watching Baimu with both curiosity and fear.

Outside the cave.

Rain poured without end.

But there was no thunder or lightning.

When the rain had first started, he had suddenly remembered the pile of wild Pokémon trapped in nets and hurried down on the robot to rescue the poor things.

He didn't want them getting sick in the rain.

Luckily, despite their numbers, the robot was even more agile than the mountain bike.

They were terrified of Baimu. Their bodies might still be in one piece, but if they upset him, they suspected a soaking would be the least of their troubles.
