A special form that came about when an ordinary Electric- and Ghost-type Rotom entered a washing machine.
Its typing changed to Electric and Water, and several of its capabilities improved considerably.
When Wattson first chose Rotom to manage his network, Baimu had wondered whether he would put a few on his challenger team. When none appeared earlier, Baimu had thought he wouldn't encounter one after all.

Trainer and Pokémon laughed together, looking thoroughly cocky.

Baimu glanced at the little two-wheeled block car in front of him. It was trembling like an engine revving, its gear-shaped feet spinning furiously in place and kicking up clouds of dust.

Its excited cries rang out again and again.
It had wanted to beat up Rotom since yesterday. Unfortunately, instead of finding the one responsible, it had run into that bizarre Unit Zero.
Now, as though fate had arranged it, it had met Wash Rotom in today's Gym battle. Of course it was eager. The fact that its wheels were nearly smoking and it still hadn't charged forward was surprising enough.
That restraint let Baimu breathe a little easier.
He could tell that most of Porygon's anger had faded. Hotter excitement and fighting spirit seemed to have taken its place.
