Invisible!
Recalling the hostility in Dragapult's triangular, narrowed eyes, Baimu sensed trouble and hurriedly turned to hide beside the door.
Sure enough.
The moment he moved, a cyan-blue stream of energy emerged from the void and came straight at him!
But before it could burst through the doorway, a semicircular light shield made of countless hexagons blocked the entrance, keeping the fierce Dragon Breath inside. No matter how repeatedly it slammed into the barrier, the shield did not budge.
A furious shriek surfaced in the air.
Baimu leaned out to take a look and immediately saw Dragapult's figure, hiding in the water, fade away again.
As a Pokémon classified as invisible, its invisibility was even more impressive than Dreepy's. Even when directly illuminated, it left no trace.
What a troublesome creature.
But he didn't seem to see its "little brothers."
He keenly noticed that all four holes above Dragapult's head were empty of Dreepy. Two possibilities came to mind.
One was that the two Dreepy had hidden themselves.
The other was that this creature was simply a lone dragon, and it might have abducted Dreepy.
While he was thinking, Pheobe beside him paid no attention to Dreepy at all. Her attention was focused entirely on Corsola.
"Not bad!"
Pheobe's face was full of approval. As someone who loved Ghost Pokémon most of all, she had actually noticed the creature lounging on Baimu's shoulder long ago. She simply hadn't spoken up right away. She still remembered how she had used Night Shade to block Haunter earlier.
Corsola did not reply. It did not even look at her.
A social terrorist like this was the sort of existence a lazy person feared most. Corsola could barely handle Baimu, so how could it dare respond to Pheobe? It simply pretended not to understand.
