Steven stared at the enormous fluorite before him, activated by energy beams from a host of flower-shaped machines. Delight surged through him.
They had finally found it!

That made ownership of the rock complicated. Most likely, the Devon Corporation and Lysandre Labs would end up studying it together.
Finders had a claim, after all. Champion or not, Steven never threw his weight around.
He turned his head and asked, "What's happening now?"
As soon as the Legendary Giant Rock had been summoned, a large contingent from Lysandre Labs had arrived by aircraft and begun carrying out a series of strange procedures on it.
Lysandre, a little over two meters tall with orange hair like a lion's mane, folded his arms and said gravely, "I think we should analyze the rock's composition immediately. This is an invaluable discovery."
