Octillery churned up the water and picked off bubbles from Bubble Beam one by one with Octazooka, creating the illusion of fireworks. It was a pleasure to watch and showed off Octillery's strengths and distinctive traits.
But compared with Garchomp's rousing battle against the waves, it seemed to lack the kind of visual impact that could stir the audience.
In other words, it needed a bigger moment.
