The Gym Challenge was over.
As Dancer prepared to leave, she ran into Geeta, chairwoman of the Pokémon League, once again.
[She told you that, despite Naranja Academy having many students, few managed to complete all eight Pokémon Gyms.]
There were plenty of reasons. Some weren't strong enough; others didn't see the Gym Challenge as an essential part of their extracurricular Treasure Hunt. Some were already grandparents and still hadn't finished hunting for treasure.
Geeta had come to thank Dancer for living up to her expectations and the investment she'd made in her. She had also come to invite Dancer to challenge the Elite Four at the Pokémon League.
Dancer was deeply grateful to Geeta. Not only had Geeta told her how Team Star came to be, she had also given her the Tera Orb, an item that had proved crucial to her Gym Challenge.
Before challenging the Elite Four, though, Dancer decided to return to school, finish her remaining classes, and take her final exams.
"Damn! If I ran the academic affairs office, you'd be student of the year!"
Baimu was impressed.
Now that was a student who had come to school to study.
With a little more effort, she might become a Champion-level Trainer, yet she had voluntarily gone back to school for classes and exams?
If it were anyone else, he'd have assumed they were going back to show off... but Dancer really was studying!
According to the narration, her grades were quite good.

Dancer had one or two close friends at school. As one of the few Trainers to earn eight Badges, she was fairly popular.
Before long, however, someone even more dazzling appeared.
"Huh? The game's protagonist?"
Baimu froze for
