Ya Mei gave the order at once.

Crawdaunt was close to Aggron. Given the speed Aggron had just shown, Crawdaunt would have a hard time dodging if it charged again.

It lifted both claws high and smashed them down at Aggron, whose attention was entirely on the bubbles!

Then came a clear metallic clang, and the blue light flared!

Water Energy erupted, sending a violent blast outward that became a billowing white haze!

"Crawdaunt's Crabhammer landed!" the commentator shouted. "Ya Mei is pressing her advantage, launching consecutive Water-type attacks that Aggron will struggle to withstand! For Aggron, this—"

A heavy claw swept the haze aside, revealing Aggron with two impact marks on its chest. That was all.

Its expression had not even changed!

"Still no effect!" The commentator stared, rubbing his eyes to make sure he was seeing straight.

That had been a super-effective Water-type move!

And it still had no effect?

The spectators were growing numb. Standing there and taking hits to demonstrate strength was foolish, perhaps, but it was also the most direct way.

How could anyone know which spear was sharper or which shield was tougher until they struck each other?
