Modi nodded. "I'll fuse completely with the Revolutionary Flame and burn myself away. From this day forward, as long as someone holds the will to revolt, my life will endure—until this filthy world is destroyed and a new world of perfect equality is built."

Xiweina Ye gave a noncommittal hum. She had never supported, opposed, criticized, or followed Modi's revolutionary message. She had convictions and ideals of her own. She needed no Mentor and no guidance.
