As new territorial policies took effect and the Lorenzo Kingdom's immigration plan got underway, large numbers of its people poured in, quickly changing Lorraine City's population.
Vincent was currently serving as Lorraine City's mayor while also managing administrative affairs across Alsa Province.
But Green did not go to see Vincent. He went straight to a small inn near the city gate.
