The Tontatta

In the pitch-black library, after the Tontatta warrior named Ron finished speaking, he impatiently flapped his wings and took off, zipping around the entire library.

Nobody paid him any mind, and there was no need to worry that he would make too much noise and cause a disturbance.

Tontatta warriors were simply too small. Even when they spoke, one probably could not hear them unless standing very close, let alone in such a vast and empty library.
