Huge fireworks and streamers danced across the skies above Whole Cake Island, filling the waters of Totto Land with a joyous, festive atmosphere.

From the first light of dawn, countless ships had entered Totto Land's waters. After passing inspection, finely dressed men and women disembarked and entered Whole Cake Island.

Those attending Big Mom's Tea Party and wedding included kings and princesses from various nations, infamous pirates renowned across the world, and emperors of the Underworld. Every one of them wanted to curry favor with this New World overlord and shelter under her banner, especially after the Marines and the World Government had been driven out of the New World.

Big Mom's eldest son, Perospero, was in charge of receiving them, warmly greeting every guest.

At the Tea Party venue on Whole Cake Island, beneath Big Mom's castle, everything had already been arranged.

Big Mom's two sons, Charlotte Oven and Charlotte Daifuku, were responsible for security there.

After passing their inspection at the banquet hall entrance, Doflamingo strode inside with two men in tow, moving with arrogant, domineering steps beneath the pair's hostile stares.

As far as the eye could see, banquet tables were laden with exquisite desserts and drinks. Giant cakes and fruits surrounded them, and most of the food had been given souls by Big Mom. They sang cheerfully, eagerly awaiting the moment they would be eaten by the guests. The entire scene was colorful and filled with a fairy-tale charm.

"It's practically a children's amusement park. As expected of Big Mom. Fuffuffuffuffu..."
