Swain nimbly sidestepped, then launched his attack without hesitation.
For a moment,
figures crossed as light flashed.
It was as though two meteors were colliding violently, bursting with brilliant yet lethal sparks.
Swain unleashed his elusive, ever-changing clones. Blue energy surged in his palms, transforming into beams that shot toward the woman.
The woman showed no fear. She swung her spear, scattering the blue beams one after another while using her shield to withstand the impact of Swain's Conqueror's Haki.
The battle grew increasingly fierce. Sweat beaded across Swain's forehead, and his breathing became rapid, yet his eyes remained filled with determination and resolve.
The woman, however, was not the same. She remained agile, every attack sharp and precise.
"Doesn't she get tired?"
And he could sense that her strength was roughly on par with his own.
"The moment you entered this place, Athena began analyzing your data." Pluton's voice rang out.
"She is essentially the embodiment of a weapon."
Swain felt rather helpless. Since Athena could analyze and generate corresponding data,
Pluton must have analyzed him as well.
It was only because they were currently on the same side that it had not made a move against him.
The surrounding environment had been reduced to a mess by the collision of their immense power.
Yet neither showed the slightest sign of stopping, as though both had cast life and death aside.
Suddenly, the woman spotted an opening in Swain's defense and fiercely thrust her spear.
Swain's heart jolted. He desperately retreated, but the spear tip still tore through his clothes, leaving a bloody slash across his chest.
However, Swain did not shrink back because of it. Instead, his fighting spirit was further ignited.
"It's been a long time since I was last injured!"
"You'll do nicely for some practice."
